Booking & Service Policy

At K&A Pristine Touch Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience from booking to completion. Please review our policies below to ensure clarity and consistency for all clients.

Scheduling & Booking

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, phone, or email.

  • A confirmed appointment requires client approval of the estimate and acceptance of this policy.

  • We operate within arrival windows (typically 1–2 hours) to account for traffic, job conditions, and service quality standards.

Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure one-time or deep cleaning appointments.

  • All services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payments.

  • For recurring services, clients may be required to keep a card on file for automatic billing after each visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If our team is unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.

  • For vacant properties, clear instructions must be provided in advance.

Service Conditions

  • Cleaning estimates are based on the condition described at booking.

  • If the property condition differs significantly, adjustments in price or scope may be required.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal scope.

Quality Assurance

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.

  • We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost within that timeframe.

Recurring Services

  • Recurring clients are scheduled on a set day and time to maintain consistency.

  • Skipped appointments may affect pricing, as buildup may require additional time and detail.

Safety & Liability

  • We ask that pets are secured during service for safety.

  • Our team does not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.

  • K&A Pristine Touch Cleaning Services is insured; however, any damages must be reported within 24 hours.

Add-Ons & Special Requests

  • Additional services (e.g., interior windows, deep cleaning, appliances, carpet cleaning) must be requested in advance.

  • Same-day add-ons are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.
